Earbud IBCLC
When you’re ready to stop asking AI for breastfeeding advice and start tapping into generational wisdom when it comes to feeding your baby, that’s when you join Earbud IBCLC! Professional breastfeeding advice for intuitive maternal application.

I see you, Mama!
The one who really wants to breastfeed but has heard so many discouraging stories from friends and family.

The one scrolling social media in the middle of the night because she's counting down the minutes until the next dreaded nursing session.

The one getting different advice from her pediatrician, midwife, chiropractor, and friend, but none of those answers sit well because they aren’t lining up with what she intuitively senses is off in her breastfeeding journey, even if she can’t name it yet.

The one being offered formula as a solution to her breastfeeding struggles when she just wanted a legitimate answer to her legitimate question.

The one who's making just enough milk but stressing about it while she pumps at work every day.

The one who has a bunch of questions about breastfeeding but doesn’t have anyone to ask, and doesn’t feel that her concerns really warrant a full consultation.

The one who lives in a maternity care desert and legitimately doesn’t have lactation help for miles and miles around.

And the mom falling in love with breastfeeding and wanting to learn everything about this miraculous process and what’s to come with the next stages like introducing solids, getting her cycle back, nursing a toddler, and weaning.

I see you, I've been you, and I've worked with thousands of you. I've built an on-demand audio membership to meet you where you're at and soften the hardest parts of your breastfeeding journey!
I know you dreamed of breastfeeding being peaceful, connecting, empowering, and miraculous, but it doesn’t yet look or feel like you’d imagined. You thought it was a natural process but it feels like something about it is not coming naturally to you or your baby.
You wanted to breastfeed until your baby turned 1, or 2, or decided to be done on their own terms. But you feel like you might not make it another 24 hours if you don’t get some help now.

Help is here!
Earbud IBCLC is the only on-demand audio membership for breastfeeding moms who want quick and easy-to-find answers to their breastfeeding questions and concerns.
When you join, you will get immediate access to answers at your fingertips via over eighty-five 5-20 minute audio and visual recordings. No complicated course logins! It's as easy as pulling up an episode of your favorite podcast to get answers to your questions about how to handle engorged boobs when your milk comes in, how to know baby is getting enough milk, what to do if you have cracked or bleeding nipples, how to keep clogged ducts from turning into mastitis, what you need to consider if your baby has been “diagnosed” with colic or reflux, and so much more!

For $17/month, you get immediate access to all episodes and their show notes with applicable outlines, links, cheat sheets, visuals, and more.
The episodes are divided into four collections: breastfeeding basics, postpartum self-care, breastfeeding lifestyle, and answers to specific breastfeeding problems.
Don’t miss the episode with my trademark-pending NURSE method: a framework to help you identify and navigate your unique breastfeeding issues, which will ultimately help foster the process of confidence in your matrescence journey. You’ll also be invited to the Slack channel for peer support and encouragement.

I’m Therese Dansby, the IBCLC in your earbuds.
I had my first baby in 2014, and my husband and I are raising our own three wild and free children in rural Nebraska. It's been a huge joy to work, grow, and breastfeed my own babies alongside moms on their own breastfeeding journeys since becoming an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) in 2015.
Prior to this pivot in my work life, I spent almost a decade working as a NICU nurse, then as a high-risk OB nurse, and then as a home visit postpartum nurse at a midwife-led birth center before becoming a mom. I'm been honored to work alongside mothers in the highest and lowest risk settings over the years.
When I struggled to breastfeed my first baby, I dove into to IBCLC training, and emerged with personal confidence, professional competence, and faith-filled awe at the miraculous process that God gifted us to grow and nourish our babies.
I see time and time again that even (especially) when breastfeeding is hard, it embodies self-sacrifice. Depending on how we cope with the struggles, we can feel victimized and resentful or we can follow our God-given mama bear intuition and find answers that make our nursing journeys work for our unique circumstances and our unique babies.
Oh, and that baby I was terrified I was starving and always kept a ready-to-feed bottle for in the diaper bag just in case? He never ended up needing a drop of formula, self-weaned after his second birthday, and is now a happy healthy fifth grader.
Not because I got lucky. But because I kept searching for answers and help until I found it and that breastfeeding journey went from my greatest stressor to my greatest joy in the early years of motherhood. Now I get to share that wisdom with each of you and offer you the framework I used to alchemize breastfeeding information into a transformation in my nursing journey and ultimately, my understanding of myself as a mother and as a human. My second baby nursed until she was 2.5 and my third recently self-weaned at 3.5. My 29 year old self would be so in-awe of my 39 year old self.

Why learn this way?
I've worked with over 3,000 nursing mother-baby dyads since becoming an IBCLC. I send voice memos to my 1:1 clients when they have questions that come up weeks or months after our initial work.
And I have noticed over the years that the same questions come to my texts and DMs over and over again. Even when it's a "quick question," the answer is almost always not quick. At least, it's not if I'm doing my due diligence to provide informed consent so moms can make the most educated and expansive decisions that align with what they want their nursing journey to look like.
This membership is like having access to every voice memo I've ever sent, at the tap of a finger. Straight to your earbuds podcast-style any time of the day or night.

No clumsy portals to log into, no course-style presentation, no need to even stare at your screen and get a dose of blue light when you need an answer at 2am. It's as simple as putting your earbuds in and pulling up an episode of your favorite podcast.

Testimonials
"I'm currently very pregnant (almost 39 weeks!) and have been consuming the content on Earbud IBCLC for the past few months and I have watched/listened to every video, but I keep coming back to the "Breastfeeding Foundations" collection over and over again! The content in that collection is especially relevant for me as I'm preparing for my second breastfeeding journey."

"I've been very intentional about opening the Patreon app and navigating to a post about something I have a question about over Googling. Since the content on Earbud IBCLC is very thorough and actionable, but also digestible, I never have a reason to Google anything."

"I love how it can help you quickly and give you confidence to self-troubleshoot, especially as it can take some time to see a lactation consultant. It's a great tool while you wait to see a lactation consultant or while you may be having a sudden issue."

"I have taken a long and intense breastfeeding course, as well as reading several books, but none of those has really helped me feel truly informed and supported as Earbud IBCLC has. I think it's because I'm pregnant and my brain can only absorb so much information at a time and I really need things broken down easily, but this program has been perfect!"

"I love the section on postpartum self-care. All the episodes were extra bonuses to the membership - ones I weren't expecting being a breastfeeding-focused platform, but ones I also feel are so necessary to educate and support women postpartum."

"I personally love to see you highlight topics in the postpartum realm, such as the fourth trimester, postpartum nutrition and hydration, nervous system support and support systems. This aspect of motherhood often gets overlooked with just the focus being on caring for the new baby."

___

"This is the easiest and most accessible lactation resource, but it's also incredibly thorough and full of so much information!"
